Step 1 |
Insert a push pin to each corner on the back of all three canvases. |
Step 2 |
Lay the canvases onto your covered work surface so they are side-by-side. |
Step 3 |
Fully coat the top and sides of all three canvases with a coat of white Fluid Art Ready-To-Pour Acrylic™ paint. |
Step 4 |
Pour each of the other paints into individual cups. Start with True Blue paint and pour it horizontally over all three canvases in one fluid motion. Next, add Deep Turquoise, using the same motion. |
Step 5 |
Next, add Tropical Blue paint as you added previous paints in Step 4. |
Step 6 |
Now, use your hair dryer with the concentrator attachment to gently move the paint as desired. |
Step 7 |
Once you are happy with your painting, let it dry overnight. |
Step 8 |
For the butterflies, click here for the design in Cricut® Design Space™. |
Step 9 |
Click ‘Continue’ in the lower right corner of your screen. |
Step 10 |
Place a piece of cardstock onto your cutting mat, select your material and load your mat into your Cricut® machine. Follow prompts to cut your design. |
Step 11 |
Unload your mat and gently remove the cardstock. Remove any pieces left around or within the cutout and discard. |
Step 12 |
Use hot glue to attach your butterflies to your painting. |
Step 13 |
Finally, remove the push pins from the back of your canvas. |
